ukVWleasing shares with Volkswagen® UK the belief that every customer has a right to expect excellent service each and every time contact is made with us. To help ensure this happens we have agreed a set of service standards with Volkswagen® UK that governs the way we do business with you, the customer. These standards apply to both our sales and the aftersales experience and we actively monitor our delivery to ensure that you receive the highest standards of customer service.

We believe that these service standards are the very least we should deliver and go a long way toward ensuring a consistent, stress free experience whenever you are in contact with anyone who represents ukVWleasing.

All our technicians are now Volkswagen® approved and our investment in apprentices has produced two fully qualified Volkswagen® trained technicians. This along with the huge growth that Volkswagen® have enjoyed in sales of new and used cars over the last ten years has formed a basis for our future investment.

Our 8 bay workshop was increased to 11 in 2004 with the further addition of an MOT bay. To compliment this we further increased our numbers in service loan vehicles so that we can aim to achieve to reduce our service lead time from five to three days and where possible offer our customers next day servicing and the use of a fully insured courtesy vehicle.

Situated off junction 16 of the M6 motorway, and in addition to our courtesy vehicle our centre offers a collection and delivery service, shuttle service to Crewe mainline rail station plus specialist finance advice from a Business Manager.

Our sales department offers an experienced and highly professional team of sales staff, all of whom have attended comprehensive Volkswagen® training which in turn enhances the Volkswagen experience our customers expect.
